Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable about the ounces of meat for the roast beef sandwiches. Food was ready within 5 minutes of ordering at noon. Classic roast beef sandwich always tasty. Curly fries! Yum :-) Bathrooms were clean.

I am still sitting in the dt here, and I'm tempted to leave without getting anything.. The guy at the speaker was SO rude !! I know it's my perception but really, I ordered my sandwich without onion, he actually told me that he can't modify the order until I told him what size meal I wanted and that I had better HURRY UP !! No please or thank u at all not once !!!! RUDE AND SLOW... Oh and after I had to hurry up, I had to repeat my order and I got onions, the fries are cold and disgusting !!!

First, I stood at the counter while 4-5 employees played "I'm not gonna talk to him, you go do it". One of them actually looked over her shoulder at me, made eye contact, then turned back around to finish her conversation with a co worker before waddling over to take my order. Second, the bathroom was awful, with a large pile of old liquid soap to memorialize all the people who had moved their hand away too soon and let the soap hit the sink. Then, while eating my food I got to overhear the employees talking loudly to each other about how awful it is to be pregnant (and all that comes with that) and then how gross one of their kids is and how they have to wipe who knows what off their face all the time. VERY appetizing.

This place is ridiculous. First off...Our cashier wouldn't stop coughing in her hands, grabbing the credit cards and having us use her pens. GROSS!! Who knows who's food she was touching! Way under staffed! Waited in line with only 2 people in front of us for 10 min. They were clearly helping the drive thru first. Maybe? Who knows what they were doing. Then it took another 10-15 to get our food. The only sort of perk was they gave us a shake on the house They told us the cashier was in training and that they were helping her... No you weren't. Don't set up your trainee for failure!!

It was the second day of a 11 day family vacation. I was already sick of McDonald's, and was hoping that McDonald's would not be a part of any other family meal. After visiting Zion National Park in the morning, we were off to Park City. But, prior to driving there, we needed to get lunch. Since there seemed to be more Arby's in Utah than in California, we decided to give these guys a try. I liked their roast beef sandwich. They have a good 2 for $5 special. It is different from the burgers and chicken that you get from the other place. It was a welcome change. The daughter? She loved their Jr. Ham and Cheddar sandwich. She can't finish a $1 cheeseburger from the other place. But, she can finish the Jr. Ham and cheese sandwich. They need more toilets in this location, especially for the women's restroom. I witnessed guests, and female employees get upset because the women's restroom was not available. One of the female employees decided to use the men's restroom instead because a certain customer (my daughter) was taking too her time. It was kind of embarassing since we were the only Asian family in there. Other than their bathroom problem, I liked Arby's. Unfortunately(or fortunately), there are none close to where I live.

if you are fond of gristle and fur in your sandwich this is the place to go. the surly staff are rude and inconsiderate. the bathrooms are ghastly reminders of a third world country. I am currently expelling the contents of my abused stomach and bowels which was an arbies sandwich. after my chills and explosive diarrhea subside..... I intend to call the health department.

I don't eat at Arby's very often because there are so many other fast food and fast casual restaurants I prefer. I happened to eat here on Sunday as I was driving through Cedar on the way back to Salt Lake City. Many of the restaurants are closed in Cedar on Sunday's, so your options are limited. We decided to at Arby's with few expectations. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and there were plenty of employees, but it felt like it took FOREVER to get our food. Well over 10 minutes, which shouldn't happen when so many workers are just standing around. Nothing was wrong with our French Dips, but nothing was spectacular about them either.

They never get my order right. I like Arby's in general but last time I stopped here, I questioned myself as the whether this was the Arby's I didn't like or not. I ordered my food (TBR market-fresh sandwich with no tomato and a large ice water) through the drive thru and after a long wait, I received my "large ice water" in a medium drink cup and was told that was their large water. I then opened my sandwich to, once again (that's 3 times in a row) find a nasty tomato on my sandwich. It was then I confirmed this was indeed the Arby's I disliked. My sandwich proceeded to fall apart in my car and I was out of water before I was out of town. This has happened over a 2 year period. Not going back.
